PMP Process, CNSI is in the final stages of assessment as an
SEI/CMM Level-3 company. CMM is the Capability Maturity Model of the Software Engineering Institute
(SEI) at Carnegie Mellon University. The CMM Level-3 checklist is an extensive program of reviews and documentation that demands defined, repeatable processes be used across all
Task Orders. CNSI aligns its project management software with a focus on strong standard processes, superior service and performance, which ensures our clients and projects are receiving the right service, the right way.
