Contract and Task Order Management is a keystone to CNSI’s approach and commitment as a “performing partner” with CIO-SP2 leadership and the end users.  CNSI Team, which is managed and structured as a single entity, institutes a Four-Step Project Management process encompassing streamlined access and accountability for highly qualified firms that make up Team CNSI partnership on this contract.

Project Management Process (PMP) consists of the following steps:

  • Understand the Requirement

  • Create Project Management

  • Report Results

  • Receive Feedback.

In addition to our PMP Process, CNSI is in the final stages of assessment as an SEI/CMM Level-3 company. CMM is the Capability Maturity Model of the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) at Carnegie Mellon University. The CMM Level-3 checklist is an extensive program of reviews and documentation that demands defined, repeatable processes be used across all Task Orders. CNSI aligns its project management software with a focus on strong standard processes, superior service and performance, which ensures our clients and projects are receiving the right service, the right way.  The implementation of these proven, superior management processes results in timely, high- quality performance and cost-effective support to our clients, thereby ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
